Blooom is a local coffee company with years of experience in the specialty coffee industry, from green bean, roasting, to coffee training in the field of barista, cupping and roasting. We roast our coffee locally in Macau and supply to a number of resorts and F&B businesses.
With the first outlet at Rua Horta e Costa near (Bird's Yard), guest can experience a very special mix of the old and new coffee culture in the area - tradition local coffee style and international specialty coffee trend altogether.
In 2018 we open the first specialty coffee house in the Macau International airport to showcase the coffee culture of Macau to travellers.
